Yes, there is a one-time setup fee that varies based on the complexity of your business structure. This covers all initial formation costs, state filing fees, and system setup. We'll provide a detailed quote during your consultation.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time with 30 days' notice. We'll prorate any difference in pricing for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Our CFO services include financial strategy, cash flow management, budget planning, financial analysis, and business performance reviews. The number of hours varies by plan, with additional hours available at preferential rates.
State filing fees, registered agent fees, and other government fees are not included in the monthly price. These will be billed separately at cost with no markup.
We bill monthly in advance for all services. Additional services or hours are billed at the end of each month. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Our standard agreement is for 12 months, which allows us to provide the best service and pricing. After the initial term, the agreement converts to month-to-month with 60 days' notice for cancellation.
